The Mandate puts you inside elected office as politicians, staff, donors, reporters, and rivals pursue goals of their own. Read sourced intelligence, spend political time, set terms, and answer for the records you create. People remember your words and learn about your bargains through witnesses, transcripts, and leaks. The deterministic simulation owns every political fact and outcome. A local language model phrases dialogue and briefings without sending player text to a server.
